Pega Partners | UX/IA, web copy, workshopping

Pega is a global software company that helps customers “crush complexity.” Their solutions optimize business performance by making day-to-day work smarter and easier. They needed to revamp their entire Pega Partner program, from incentives and benefits to nomenclature, access, and UX on the Pega Partners site. We helped them redesign the site and rewrite the experience from the ground up.

Kickoff and branding

We began the project with Pega brand education, including a full walkthrough of their brand guide with the Pega brand team. They were a new client and our relationship was just getting started.

UX planning and workshopping

From there, we went in-depth with the partner program team, discussing new program details, parameters, terminology, and more. They were rebuilding the program as we were redesigning the user experience. Everything was overhauled, from voice, tone, and language to CTAs, subpages, forms, and more.

Writing and designing

I worked with our lead UX designer and associate creative director to rewrite and redesign the entire site experience — dozens of pages — according to their rejuvenated brand guidelines, evolving program details, Pega executive stakeholders, and partner input. It wasn’t just about replacing copy. This is a living, evolving partnership experience that’s just as much about new benefits, incentives, and features as it is about helping partners find what they need to grow their businesses leveraging Pega solutions.

An ongoing relationship

We continue to build the Pega Partner experience side-by-side with the Pega team. Our work has contributed to a strong bond of trust and productivity and is garnering kudos from partners who are now using the new and improved site.
